Away from the cities, away from light pollution, you see the stars shining bright, reflected in the deep blue of the lake.
Starry Waters has a shimmering dark blue-green base and is packed with a mix of seafoam and silver reflective glitters, as well as a sprinkle of jade scattered holo. The reflective glitters are flash reactive and thus show up best under a camera flash.
Opaque in 1-2 coats.
As this is a textured polish, we recommend using a smoothing mid-coat like Smooth as Silk before you put on your top coat to smooth over the texture of the polish.
