Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at Resistance Polish. The following information sets out the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.
1. Processing your Order
An email confirmation is sent to your e-mail address after placing your order. Please keep this e-mail as proof of your purchase.
2. Shipment Processing Time
Processing time refers to the time it takes for us to prepare your order for shipping.
After your payment is authorised and verified, all orders are processed within 3 - 5 business days, except during holiday or sale/new release periods when it may take up to 7 business days. The shipping notification bar at the top of the page will be kept up to date with current shipping times. We will contact you if, for some reason, there are any delays beyond this specified period.
3. Shipment Locations
We ship domestic by ground transport anywhere in Australia and we now ship internationally via FedEx to all available locations.
4. Shipment rates and delivery estimates
We endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible. Weather delays and other unforeseen circumstances may impact delivery time.
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order.
(a) Standard Domestic Shipping
Australia Post states standard shipping will take 2 to 8 business days after receipt.
Standard Shipping costs are variable depending on location and item weight. If the order is over $159, shipping is free.
(b) International Shipping
International shipping is via FedEx. Shipping costs are variable depending on location and item weight and are calculated at checkout. If the order is over $300 AUD, shipping is free.
All customs duties, import taxes, and tariffs for international orders are charged upfront at checkout, so customers will not need to pay any surprise charges after the fact.
Please note:
(c) Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered.
We will not be responsible for shipping to the wrong address if you provide incorrect information.
5. Tracking Options
Resistance Polish aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.
All orders delivered within Australia will have tracking with Australia Post. All international orders will have tracking with FedEx.
6. Damages
Despite our best efforts, there may occasionally be damage to packaging by the courier, which is not within our control. However, if there is any damage to the actual products on delivery, please contact us immediately at support@resistancepolish.com and we can best assess how we may help you.
7. Missing or Lost Package
There are several reasons why a package gets lost or becomes a delivery exception. We’ve found that, more often than not, the package is either in the building or with a neighbour. Resistance Polish politely requests that customers look in common courier hiding spots. Please take a look around and let us know if you find it. If you haven't located your order, please contact us at support@resistancepolish.com to report missing or lost packages.
