Cosmic Dust is the sparkly holographic topper of your dreams! A mix of crushed holo flakes and scattered holo suspended in a clear base, intended to be worn over any other polish to give it some razzle-dazzle.
Cosmic Dust is pictured here over Deeper Than the Surface, Chasing Sunsets, and black and white creme polishes. You can also wear it over our tinted Square One Smoothing Base Coat or over your bare nails for a "your nails but sparklier" type look!
